CClad Composite Shiplap Cladding is a stunning, durable and practical board from the popular range supplied by DDecks Ltd.
CClad Shiplap Composite Cladding Boards are a WPC (Wood/Plastic Composite) product which has been designed and manufactured using the latest technology to replicate the exceedingly popular traditional timber cladding.
Manufactured using the highest quality materials, 95% of which are recycled, and a unique co-extrusion technique to give the subtle timber effect definition to the panels whilst creating the colour variations using high quality resins. The panels are finished in a 360 degree capped surface layer to give protection from UV fading, scratching and rotting.
The versatility of Shiplap Composite Cladding Board – CClad Teak makes it a suitable solution for a number of applications.

The boards have been designed with an interlocking tongue and groove system to ensure that they fit together securely and can be installed either horizontally or vertically. Screw-fixed to timber battens, all fixings remain invisible giving a perfect, seamless finish to any installation.

Our panels are very versatile – they can be installed vertically, horizontally and even diagonally to create real design features. Cutting of the panels is super easy – all that is needed is a sharp blade such as a Stanley knife for the felt and a sharp narrow toothed saw for the slats.
The panels can be adhered to a ceiling. We recommend screw-fixing in this scenario. The panels are a great addition to help with noise travelling between floors – install using battens and cavity wall insulation to help deaden sound and insulation an area.
To improve acoustic and insulation performance of our panels, we recommend the use of battens for installation and the addition of a 45-50mm mineral wool insulation fitted within the cavity (see our installation instructions for full details).
The panels have been engineered and manufactured to show an exposed edge as a design feature. Corner trims could be added if a different effect/finish is required.
Our Wood Wall Panels are 2400mm in length and 600mm in width with a PET felt backing of 9mm depth and slats of 12mm giving an overall depth of 21mm. Each panel covers 1.44m2.
Our Wood Wall Panels are very versatile and easy to install. We recommend the use of an electric jigsaw with a small-toothed blade to make intricate cuts within the panel.
As our Wood Wall Panels are made using MDF and wood veneer, they are not waterproof or moisture resistant. We do not advise the use of the panels in high moisture environments as they may suffer damage over time.
