Frequent Questions prior to ordering

All major credit cards are accepted via the Stripe payment portal. We can also accept payments via PayPal or direct bank transfer.

There is no minimum order value.

Different delivery charges are in place for different products due to size and weight. Delivery charge will be shown at checkout. Orders to UK Mainland postcodes over the value of £325 are free of charge. Delivery charges will apply to Scottish Highlands, Offshore and other postcodes due to location. A message will appear on the cart page if your postcode is within this area.

Delivery timescales are shown on each product page. These are a guide and can be subject to stock availability and delivery location. Express deliveries can be arranged if required. If you need more information before placing an order, please contact the team.

Collection can be arranged from our warehouse in Gloucestershire. Please call us to discuss if this is required.

All orders are despatched using a tracked delivery service. Updates will be emailed and/or text through as they become available and an anticipated delivery date given at point of order. If further information is required please contact the customer service team.

Yes, as long as the goods are unopened and in a resellable condition. Please note however that there may be restock and collection charges applied to returns. For more information see our returns policy.

Once the product has been received back to our warehouse and checked by our warehouse team, a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment minus any charges incurred. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to appear depending on the method of payment used.
