Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
Our policy on returns and refunds is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery on eligible items. For items to be eligible they must be unused and in the original packaging. If more than 14 days have passed since the item was received, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Damaged Goods
Please check all goods carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the delivery note as ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. Please notify us immediately by either phone or email and we will send replacements. This is very important as signed acceptance of delivery indicates the point at which ownership of the product transfers from the supplier to the customer.
Return within 14 days of delivery date
Returns can be arranged within the specified timescale. A request to return must be notified via email to orders@thewoodwallpanelco.co.uk stating the reason for the returns request, order number and date of purchase/delivery and also stating whether a refund or exchange is required. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an exchange is requested, this will be despatched once the original item has been received and inspected. An additional delivery charge may be incurred which will be notified prior to despatch. If a refund is requested, this will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected. Any refund will have the original cost of shipping deducted. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Sale or Return
We do not supply goods on Sale or Return under any circumstance.
