Our products come with a next day delivery option on smaller orders placed before Midday to standard postcodes listed. For next day delivery of larger quantities and non-standard addresses, please contact us at enquiries@thewoodwallpanelco.co.uk or call 01242 850633.
Standard delivery times are 2-3 working days. For example, if an order placed before midday on Monday will be delivered on or before Thursday the same week.
Deliveries are made on working days only – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – except for Bank Holidays. All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Our order processing cut off time is Midday.
Small orders are despatched via courier (DX) so standard courier rules apply.
All larger order deliveries are kerbside which means the driver will park as close to the delivery location as possible and you will be responsible for the offload.
We will try and arrange delivery for a requested specified date where possible as long as it is within our delivery terms.
Delivery cost is non refundable and collection/return of a product or order is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All amendments to a delivery or delivery address once the goods have left the warehouse may result in additional fees, for example redirection to a different location, rescheduled delivery, issues with accessibility not notified prior to delivery. Charges are individual and based on location, size of order and reason.
Collection can be arranged from our headquarters and warehouse in Gloucestershire free of charge.
